Surgery seems a little
bit drastic but the benefits are immediate penis length and
girth gains. The problem is surgery always carry's a risk and
every doctor performing the surgery does not guarantee results.
If you have seriously tried all the other methods such as natural
enlargement, pumps & penis pills then maybe this method
could help you.The procedures are explained in more detail below
.
Lengthening the Penis
The two erectile bodies
of the penis are known as the corpora cavernosa (C).
Approximately half of the length of the corpora cavernosa is
inside the body. The corpora cavernosa are attached to the pubic
bone (A) by the suspensory ligaments (B). By releasing
these ligaments, the penis can be brought forward, thereby achieving
additional length outside the body.
Widening the Penis
The two most common procedures
for widening of the penis are injection of fat and placement
of dermal fat grafts. The fat injection procedure involves the
suctioning of fat from the abdomen using standard liposuction
techniques. The fat is then reinjected along the shaft of the
penis underneath the skin. The dermal fat techniques involves
removing strips of skin and its underlying fat from beneath
the buttocks or groin regions. The epidermis (upper layer of
skin) is then removed leaving the dermis (lower layer of skin)
and underlying fat graft. These grafts are then placed along
the penile shaft underneath the skin.
Gains & results
In the case of the lengthening
procedure, the usual increase in penile length is 1-2 inches.
For the widening procedure, the usual increase in penile width
is 1.5-3 inches. Penis enlargement surgery, whilst having advanced
a great deal since its inception, is still not without risks.
Penis disfigurement and impairment of sexual function are just
two of the reasons to be cautious if considering this treatment.
